  • Map the proposed change
  • Sizing and expansion capability matrix
  • High level process redesign


Assuming the nature of change and deadlines are clearly defined we can then move to an Implementation Package.

NB: Contributor models can be sensitive to size. Models which may have been correctly designed based on the organisational needs at the time of creation can develop problems. If one of your main data dimensions was deemed to be static but now needs to absorb 500 new items, the design may break.
